Who Needs Lip Blush?
You need lip blush if:
- Your lips are pale. Like you have no color at all.
- Your lip shape is uneven. Blush can define the border.
- You want a soft tint. Not dramatic. Just pretty.
- You’re tired of reapplying lipstick all day.
Lip blush gives you that “I just ate a popsicle” look. In a good way.
Lip Neutralization Explained
Lip neutralization is different. It’s corrective.
Fixes dark lips. Not adds color. Fixes the canvas first.
Some lips have cool tones. Grey. Purple. Brown.
Normal lip blush won’t work on those. The cool tones fight the warm pigment. Results look muddy. Weird.
So we neutralize first.
Warm pigments go in. Orange. Yellow. Coral.
These cancel out the cool tones. Grey disappears. Purple fades. Brown lifts.
The result? Lighter lips. Even tone. Neutral base.
Then you can add color later. Or just stop there.
Who Needs Lip Neutralization?
You need lip neutralization if:
- Your lips look purple or greyish.
- You have dark brown lip corners.
- You tried lip blush before and it turned weird.
- You smoke or used to smoke. Nicotine darkens lips.
- You have hyperpigmentation around your mouth.

The Process Is Different Too
Lip blush:

Why so many sessions? Because dark pigment is stubborn. You can’t fix years of color in one hour. It takes time. Patience.

Days 3-5: Peeling happens. Do not pick. Let it fall off naturally.
Days 5-14: Color looks patchy. This is normal too. It settles.
Week 4-6: Final color appears.
Don’t judge the result at day 5. Judge it at week 6.
How Long Does Each Last?
Lip blush: 2-3 years. Then fade. Refresh with lips annual refresh. $280.
Lip neutralization: Permanent. The lightening effect stays. But your body keeps producing melanin. Some clients need a touch-up after 1-2 years.
