Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in:

$20 cancellation fee for maintenance services
$50 cancellation fee for all permanent makeup services

A full prepayment may be required to re-book.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please call or text +1 437-244-7663.

Clients arriving late may have services adjusted to fit remaining time.
Full service cost will still apply.
If more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule.

Please allow sufficient time for travel and parking to avoid disruptions.

Important Studio Policies

Clients must be 18+ years old (in accordance with Ontario regulations).
No pets, guests, or children allowed during appointments.
Procedures will not be performed if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Studio access is by appointment only.

Touch-Up Policy

Permanent makeup typically requires a touch-up within 1–2 months.

Touch-up pricing:

Brows & Lips: $250 (within 1–2 months)
Lash Line: $150 (within 1.5–3 months)

Additional sessions may be required depending on skin type and healing response.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.

Permanent makeup results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Final results are visible after healing and recommended touch-up sessions.
